January 11, 2018: 

DLBSL successfully completed its 16th Annual General Meeting. The AGM declared 15 % Cash Divident (including TAX) and 16 % bonus share to its share holders.

February 21, 2016: 

DLBSL successfully completed its half-yearly review meeting on third week of February 2016, in presence of executives, senior officers, monitoring officers and branch managers. Program was concentrated on achievement of annual planning and formulate strategy to cope loan risks created by blockade and earthquake.

January 31, 2016: 

 MoU held between DLBSL and Development Projects Service Centre, Nepal (DEPROSC-Nepal) for facilitating 2nd phase spot cash distribution of their 'Cash for Work' project funded by Oxham operating in the earthquake affected area of Kathmandu and Lalitpur districts.

January 17, 2016: 

DLBSL is coordinating with Department of Agriculture to encourage its members to participate on different agriculture based entrepreneurship development training and getting Agro based technical support.

January 12, 2016: 

DLBSL celebrated its 15th anniversary which included cash prize and certificate of appreciation distribution to best branches, best monitoring office and to top SLC graduate son/daughter of staffs & members.

December 31, 2015: 

DLBSL successfully hold its 14th Annual General Meeting. AGM passed resolutions of issuing 50% bonus share and 2.63% cash dividend (for tax purpose) on its paid capital from its profit of FY 2071/072.
